weekday shakes


Weekday food. I bought too much strawberries and tried making strawberry yogurt shakes. Mix couple of handfuls strawberries, oatmeal and some soy yogurt in a blender. Add cranberry juice or soy milk to thin it, toss in some basil, lemon balm and sugar if desired. Behind the cut some pics of tofu sandwiches too.

So, when I'm not eating couscous salad or instant noodles, I make tofu breads. Grilled marinated tofu is great with cucumber, spring onion and lovage.
