Easy, tasty and quick pasta. Here's how to do it! Boil water in a water cooker. Throw some textured soya protein grain into a bowl with small amount of hot water and a lot of soya sauce. Cook whole wheat pasta in salted water. While it boils, chop one onion, little garlic, some bell peppers and zucchini (or some other veggies you have in the fridge).
Rinse the pasta when it's almost done. Heat a pan, add olive oil, fry onions few minutes. Add veggies and soya grain. Let simmer. Add soya,coconut or wheat cream and crumble in some veggie broth cube. Toss in the pasta, heat, give it couple of swirls, add black pepper and salt if needed. Munch off.
